We needed a new indoor air handler and outdoor heat pump, was referred here by a co-worker who recently went through this company and Jordan did not disappoint in the least! He was very knowledgeable about everything really so we felt very comfortable with our decision. Jordan came to do the work, he was very pleasant and got the new units hooked up (in the attic too!) when I had questions, he answered them completely and easy to understand. They diagnosed issue with heating but had to get a part. Made appointment 4 days later no show. Then Jordan claimed waiting on part and set another appointment 1.5 weeks later. Emailed Jordan night before to confirm and got reply “that is the plan” . Another no show. Emailed but got no answer. Would not recommend.
